Shape of menu items

Is there a way to change the shape of the menu selections (i.e. rectangles with rounded corners instead of square ones)? Also, how do I change the height & width of the rectangles?

Got the height and width figured out!

Okay, I figured out the height and width...still wondering about changing the shape.

If you have some fancy shape you can use inner HTML feature. For example for rounded corners you can insert the table into menu items with rounded images on the side cells and center cell with the background of the images and text inside.
