Problem with page margins in Netscape 7

Menu is working great in IE, however in Netscape 7 it doesn't position correctly as Netscape appears to add an extra few pixels to the top margin.

Anyone any ideas how this can be fixed?

below is your body info,
<body leftmargin="5" topmargin="5" class="backgroundcolor">
netscape needs more info, add and try the below,
leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" bottommargin="0"
change the "0" to your desired pix
