Is anyone manning the gold farm?

I've got a question which requires attnteion in the gold forum; in looking through the posts there it seems I am not the only one; and it looks like no one is manning the gold menu forum...please help us!!!

Sure seems like it doesn't it? We bought the gold menu and have had some issues with it not behaving as advertised...
