how about using Tigra Menu (free version)? what syntax will i insert in html so that the menu will appear above a frame control?

In gold version we use additional HTML elements to suppress windowed controls such as selectboxes and iframes. Free version doesn't have that. With
free version you can increase the z-index of the menu elements, but that will only help with the document layers, but not with windowed controls.
