Javascript error: "Can't execute code from a freed script "

Hi,
I use the Tigra Menu Gold in frames environment.
Most of the time it works fine, but sometimes (I cannot reproduce it everytimes) I have a javascript error:
"Impossible d'exécuter le code à partir d'un script libéré" (in french, "Can't execute code from a freed script" in english).
My customers have noticed it also (erratic bug).
Have you heard also about it (maybe it is corrected on more recent version) ?
nota:
- This is the case when using IE, with Firefox the error is never displayed, but menu does not work, we must reload the application and it works again,
- my menu is horizontal on a topframe and the target window is just below and I use absolute path (on menu.js, var TMenu_path_to_files = '/ihe/menu_files/';)
