IE 7 Issue
I used your menu layout to create some menus.
Other then changing the start pixel on the screen I haven't modified anything. The menus work fine in Firefox, Safari, and older versions of IE, but
when I load it in IE 7 I get the border color in a giant square.
I have tried it on multiple computers running XP and IE 7 so I don't think it is an individual computer issue.
Here is a link to see what I mean:

Does it happen on the blank page?
Try commenting out the fragments of your HTML file to find what tag creates that square.
Also move the menu initialization to the end of the file (put it above </body>)

I tried the blank page and moved the declaration. Still no dice. I just get the big rectangle. You can click the rectangle and go to a page I
haven't made yet though.
Could it be the color scheme? A bug in IE 7?

Ok I just changed the color scheme to some truly ugly colors. Very bright and now it works.
Just thought people might like to know. Now Redmond is mandating ugliness. It's a feature not a bug :)
