server side includes has stopped working

I have a server side include script that works with the original index.html but with the new index.htm that has the entries for Tigra Menu Gold in it, it does not work. The Tigra Gold Menu's work just fine. Just this server side include script does not work.



Is there something in Tigra Menu Gold that is disabling this?

When viewing the source of the index page that works the correct html code is displayed.

When viewing the source of the new-index page the exc cgi statement is displayed
