Tigra Menu Pro: Menu doesn't hide after click with Javascript function

The product is great however one issue. One of the issues I am facing
is the menu does not collapse after mouse click which has javascript function. I think after click it immediately goes to onmouseover function.
Is there a fix for this issue?

In PRO version of the script there is no documented parameter to control the behavior of submenu when you call function from it (GOLD version has that). If you submit a support ticket attaching the working sample of your menu with javascript call we'll see if there's any work around that.
