Tigra Menu Pro - Firefox -menu center aligned
I realise this question has been raised on this forum before however I have read all of the replies and none of them assist me.
I have added the center alignment to the tpl file of the menu. I have inserted the menu within the table that is already center aligned. And yet
despite all of my efforts the menu still appears left aligned in Firefox (but correctly centered in IE).
Should I have purchased GOLD instead of PRO? I am about to purchase developer license and so want to make sure I have picked the correct product
before I spend my money.
Thank you.

With GOLD version it is going to be easier to position the menu in tricky layouts. PRO version will work fine with simpler layouts.
While positioning PRO version make sure the initialization code is at the very end of the document's body, not inside the elements of the page
(that's how GOLD version is positioned). Please contact us directly if you still have any questions regarding the menu features or need help
positioning the menu in your page.

Initialisation Code
Thank you so much for your response. Would you mind telling me (please excuse my ignorance) but when you say the initialisation code - does that
refer to the "script type=text/Javascript" etc. coding?
Also when you suggested I contact you directly did you mean via a support ticket?
Regards,
Jacinta

that's the <script..> ...</script> block containing "new menu(...)" statement. It goes right above </body>.
See product samples included in the distribution package.

re.contacting: any method will do: email/support ticket/phone
we prefer not to deal with strictly technical issues over the phone because usually we need to exchange lots of text info.

Tigra Menu Pro not centred in Firefox
I have double checked all my coding to ensure that the initialisation code is at the end of the body code however it still doesn't centre within
firefox. I have attached the template upon which I have based all of my pages. Would it be possible for you to have a quick look at it in case there
is something basic that I am missing.
many thanks,
Jacinta

Important file in this case is menu_tpl.js
Make sure it has 'align' set 'center' like in the alignment demo.
Also check the menu.js is the version you think it is. It must say "Tigra Menu PRO" in the comment at the top of the file.

Yes - checked both the menu.js and the menu_tpl.js - both appear to be correct. The odd thing is that it is centreing beautifully in Internet
Explorer - just not in Firefox. Have attached both of these files too for you to have a quick look at. Sorry to be a pain. Jacinta

Not to worry. Please submit a support ticket attaching zip with all the files required to reproduce the problem. We'll check it out and suggest the
solution.
