Prevent Full Menu Rollup on page load
I am using the tree menu, and when the page loads, the whole menu rolls up to the root node (Home). Under this node are two sub-nodes, with various
menu items in each. How can I get the 2 sub-nodes to also be present when the page loads? I have seen this function on the Tiagra web web site.
I can get the page to load correctly if I use the tree.js file dated 11-12-02, but the clicking on the + icons does not expand the menu group - you
have to "double-click" the menu name.
If I use the tree.js 5-4-2005, then the menu rolls up completely, as I noted above. You can double click the "Home" menu and then it will
'expand' and show the 2 sub-node groups, and clicking on the + icons works.
It seems I need a combination of both tree.js files to get this to work properly.
By the way, I work with various software applications daily, and this is one of the slickest and neatest tools I have come accross.

It the free version. The example of the free version on the web does exactly what I am trying to do - click on the + open the link, and shows the
'home' location, and all top level nodes items "grouped" underneath them. I am sure that I am just missing a setting in the code some where.

This is a pretty rough looking picture, but this shows the current and desired states of the menu.

submit a support ticket attaching your files. by default the tree loads with the root node(s) expanded and the rest of the items collapsed. note that
you can have multiple root nodes (not just single home item).

Okay, can you explain how I submit this information. I do not see any link related to a 'support ticket' and submitting information.
Thanks.

I did that prior to my last post, and did not see any links or subject matter related to submitting a "support ticket", or where to even email the
information.

click on the support system then login or register (it's free) then submit a support ticket.
if this sounds complicated then just send an email.
