Need .js code for link to Notes db

Trying to define a path for a Event title to a Lotus Notes db.
I have the path as, ['<a href="'+webPath+'notes://US-IFSAPP004/852573D20068A1D1/CE87DB52B46A4039852573D6000A3969/AE8D53DA67A75020852574C000641075"target="_blank">Even t Namet</a>'

However, when I try to view the page, it isn't working. Looking for the proper path to link to a lotus notes db.
